Stellar Motors, I can’t say enough about these guys! They went above and beyond to find a discontinued part for my older work truck, and they not only found it, they were honest enough to give me a refund a month after the work was completed because they realized that the part came with another part that they thought they had to purchase separately. Seriously, what shop does that? It was almost an $800.00 difference and they called and refunded me the money. This place is great, and I will recommend them to everyone proudly! Oh yeah, and they do in house wheel alignments!

They stripped the key to my lug nuts which led me into having to remove my key lug nuts because i couldn't find a replacement key anywhere.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Stellar Motors for helping me out without hesitation in a moments notice. I was driving to Fond du Lac, and I had put air in my tires because my tire light went on. I got a little ways down the road and I had to put air in again!!!. My son has all his car repairs done at STELLAR MOTORS so he gave them a call and they told me to stop on my way home. As I was getting almost there, the light came on again but even though I had no appointment they knew I was in a hurry and they took care of me right away. Problem solved! Needed suspension work done. Had an appt for Thursday, had a last minute, cancelation, was done Monday nite into Tuesday morning. They had to cut out one of the shocks bc of the bolt was sooo stripped.

We just had a beautiful experience. Traveling in the worst snow storm on the way to Hilton Head SC and drivers side wiper motor went bad. Called and talked with Josh. Got in right away. The repair was just ice related. NO CHARGE! We were in and out so fast. Hard to find that kind of goodness in this day and age. Thank you!! Our dog Bubba says thanks too!

We have used Stellar Motors for many automobile needs. Oil changes, tire rotations, turkey to the front side of the car. We've been there done that. Which any mechanic shop can handle. What I'd like to talk to everyone about, is the in person experience. These guys are able to talk with you and explain things that normal shops would never do. Explain why something should be done, the pricing behind it, the reasons why you can wait on certain items, if it's really something you need to worry about, to go to a DIFFERENT SHOP FOR A CHEAPER OPTION! Warranty look ups. It's incredible. Quite literally bending over backwards to make sure we leave with a smile on our face. I don't feel like I have to be there when something is wrong. If my wife goes and let's me know they recommend something or don't, not hesitation, they are experts and earned my trust. Local guys, with big hearts, you're talking about true "Owner Operators." I'd recommend Stellar Motors 20 times over if it was possible. We're blessed to have a company and people like this in our community.
